Baka lang maka - inspire sa mga 50’s like me to #bgin again I was never an athlete - kasi bawal maging active ang babae - baka masaktan . Ngayon runner na ! I seized the opportunity to take care of my body - Nung di na kami Magkaanak . i realized how focused I was with work and napabayaan ang katawan sa puyat and no exercise . Never too late to learn and begin again ! So ito - hataw na ! Marami ang ka-age ko na pamilya ang inatupag or trabaho — and paano ang katawang lupa ninyo ? To the younger ones - take that ! You’ve got that Head start Pwede pang bumawi.
