View the demonstration choreography, then create your own dance and upload your video to join the Relay. You can dance solo, in pairs, or as a group. Any style is welcome, and you can film anywhere that feels right.
The soundtrack is built from five musical voices representing the Commonwealth’s regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Caribbean and the Americas and The Pacific. Choose your favourite regional section, or dance to the full track from start to finish.

🌍 Behind-the-scenes of the Commonwealth Dance Relay 🌍
Commissioned by @commonwealthresounds , our Year 10 students were recently invited to work with School alum and choreographers @sdynott and @sebloe , to create a six-minute dance interpretation film to start The Commonwealth Dance Relay.
Dance groups, schools, music centres and others across all 56 Commonwealth countries are invited to continue the relay by choosing a section of the dance according to region and creating their own dance interpretations to the soundtrack.

What an unreal experience!
Heading back to @royalballetschool this time as a creator with my broski @sebloe was something special. Together, we built a piece to music created by talented children from #Commonwealth countries 🎶 in collaboration with @commonwealthresounds .

I lost count of the amount of times I fell off trying to stick the 2nd hold on the volume after the dyno. It took a lot of trial and error to find the optimal body position and feel like I wasted a lot of attempts on this boulder. At least after finally sending it I also managed to flash my first orange on another problem not long after:)
