Thrilled to have worked with the fantastic @bridgertonnetflix cast and crew! Being part of this iconic show on @netflixuk has been a true privilege for me as an artist. Big thank you to @jackmurphy2020 for this incredible opportunity, to @giarayne for creating a warm and supportive environment, and to my fellow dancers for the fun, camaraderie, and memories that will last a lifetime! @shondaland
🌍 Behind-the-scenes of the Commonwealth Dance Relay 🌍
Commissioned by @commonwealthresounds , our Year 10 students were recently invited to work with School alum and choreographers @sdynott and @sebloe , to create a six-minute dance interpretation film to start The Commonwealth Dance Relay.
Dance groups, schools, music centres and others across all 56 Commonwealth countries are invited to continue the relay by choosing a section of the dance according to region and creating their own dance interpretations to the soundtrack.

Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
Beautiful country. Kind people. A multitude of different religions navigating an incredible island.
Somewhere between the temple bells and train rides, the salt air and sudden silences I remembered how to really see people. And be seen.

View the demonstration choreography, then create your own dance and upload your video to join the Relay. You can dance solo, in pairs, or as a group. Any style is welcome, and you can film anywhere that feels right.
The soundtrack is built from five musical voices representing the Commonwealth’s regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Caribbean and the Americas and The Pacific. Choose your favourite regional section, or dance to the full track from start to finish.

2025, you were a book of blank pages.
A scrapbook I filled with growth, lessons, memories, and moments that will stay with me forever. New connections, deeper bonds. Love and loss. Laughter and tears. Family at the centre of it all. And yes an upgrade to the 4th floor 😉
Most importantly, you taught me more about myself than any year before.
2026, I welcome you with open hands, an open mind, and an open but protected soul.
It’s always a pleasure to give back to the next generation. The young people from @falconbrookschoolsw11 never fail to show up and remind me just how important it is to be present, imaginative, and grateful. Thanks to @whatdancecando these dancers have the opportunity to make shapes in spaces, with a big smiles on their faces. 📸 @westwell_productions
What an incredible evening at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. It was a true privilege to be surrounded by so many talented young Black future leaders in the private markets space and to be in a place that any novice actor, myself included, would aspire to stand in one day.
A heartfelt thank-you to The Buffini Chao Foundation, @henney_sean , and Sogo Akintaro for welcoming me into your world for the night. I’m genuinely grateful for the invitation and the inspiring conversations.
As someone committed to giving back to the next generation both in the arts and beyond, here and abroad events like this remind me how essential meaningful connections are for creating real impact. I look forward to when our paths cross again.
