DESIGN SCRAPS VOL 5324! A fun little project I put together for our fave local wine slingers. It ultimately got tabled but this iteration of the three I sent over was my favorite— I couldn’t not share!
Welp, just like that and another decade has gone by. My 30s have been absolutely amazing— filled with people and events and accomplishments I could only have dreamed of. I became a beer blender, and a business owner, a graphic designer, an uncle, a marketing director, a student (again). I made friends and lost friends. I protested. I partied. I traveled. I won awards. I learned SO much (like SO MUCH)!!! And I cannot WAIT to see what my 40s have in store for me. I have some ideas of my own but life has a way of doing its own thing. Here’s to a great decade (and everyone who helped make it so) and to the next! 🥳🥂🎂

DESIGN SCRAPS! Hopscotch is behind us now but I realized I never posted any of the t-shirt designs I made for them this year. Here’s 3 different options I threw out at them— the first slide made the cut, the second was an alternative colorway, the third hit the cutting room floor, and the last slide made it all the way to the merch booth before anyone realized that HOPSCOTCH was misspelled (it literally made it past like 7 different people and somehow none of us caught it lmao)! Finally got around to posting these VERY FAKE engagement photos by the incredibly talented @maycaudillophoto featuring my dear friend and equally talented @gabmorell . May has been looking to do more higher end wedding photography and when she reached out to see if I’d help model I couldn’t say no. There were too many to post em all on here but these are a few of my faves. I also really appreciate the kindness of everyone who has congratulated me over the last few months but I am still very very not engaged :)

I sometimes just make like 2 million designs for a project that only asks for one b/c I’m really indecisive and/or inspired. Here’s a few designs I also submitted to @hopscotchfest for their t-shirt inquiry. One is a repurposing of a past design scrap that I’m determined to put to use at some point but proud of em all regardless.
NEW DESIGN! Was stoked to be asked to help create a tee shirt design for this year’s @hopscotchfest on top of the main Instagram flyer and even more stoked to see them out in the world! Pretty sure these sold out so if you nabbed one, good on ya 🥂
NEW DESIGN! Kinda lol! Had the opportunity to take this year’s Hopscotch design and turn it into the main poster for the lineup announcement. Really stoked to have had this opportunity
NEW WORK!! I had the privilege of designing all of the assets for this year’s @artsplosure Raleigh Arts Festival and couldn’t be more stoked with how well they all came out
The original design is posted below but when I heard that @sunraarkestraofficial was on the bill, I had to give it a second go. Even tho I wound up having to work and couldn’t see the band perform, it was still just the coolest to be able to create something for a group that has inspired me so much!! Hope you enjoy!

Here’s another design for a really fun birthday invitation that didn’t make the cut but I’m still super into. I never know what to do with these ones that could be repurposed. I hate just holding onto them for a later date that may never come and am a firm believer in the infinite well that is creativity (so I’m not worried about running out of ideas). Lemme know if you have any thoughts!
I keep thinking one day I’ll allow folks to pick from these unused designs to plug their own information into for a lesser charge. Anyways, hope you enjoy!
