What is happening in Sudan cannot continue to be ignored ‼️ As we hit 3 years of the proxy counter-revolutionary war in Sudan: - Around 33.7 million people are in urgent need of humanitarian aid. - Over 13–14 million have been forcibly displaced from their homes. - More than 21 million people are facing acute food insecurity, with a man-made famine already affecting parts of Darfur. Healthcare systems have collapsed, disease is spreading, and over 10 million children are out of education. Sexual violence is being reported more and more, with women and children at serious risk. This is one of the largest humanitarian crises in the world today — yet it is still not getting the attention or action it demands, from the media, international community and the UK government. My uncle doesn’t know his father died 💔 Since 2023 we have not heard from family members in Sudan. We do not know if they are alive or dead. One uncle does not even know his own father passed away because he is fighting and there is no way to reach him. Some uncles refuse to leave saying this is my country and I am not going anywhere. Others left because they had no choice. This is something we think about every single day. It has affected our plans, our families and our lives. While people scroll past headlines this is real for us. These are not strangers they are our blood. For anyone going through something similar with family in conflict zones know that you are not alone and your pain is seen even when the world moves on. #sudan #family #war #ummah #prayer

Four years. We’ve entered the fourth year of watching my country bleed, while the world continues to scroll past it. 👏One year. 365 days. Not once did we stop. 🥣The BHO Community Kitchen in Al-Malha, North Darfur has now served 20,000+ hot meals to 260 families, every single day. Behind every plate: a mother who no longer chooses which child eats. A child who can grow, smile, and thrive again. In a region torn by displacement and hunger, we didn’t just serve food; we restored dignity, stability, and hope. Through Ramadan, we became an Iftar station. Through every hardship, we showed up. 🙏 This is not just a project. For the families we serve, it is survival. There is still so much to do, the gap is vast. But acting, even in small ways, is always better than standing by. So we continue. We keep showing up. Because this truly matters.
