St. George Marathon 2025 - PR 2:50:40 - 8th female
I was hoping to dip into the 2:40’s but couldn’t pull it off on this go around. I will gladly take a 2 min PR from last year though. I’m very excited to have this as a fitness marker leading up to JFK 50 this November. Marathons are tough, they keep you honest and really give a chance to see how well you have been adapting to speed work.

Vegas weekend for the books. Absolutely the BEST way to recover from Umstead 100 the weekend prior. I really got to put all my ultra marathon training to the test ☑️. @courtuke and I went to @followthefishtv at Omnia on Friday and @johnsummit on Saturday at LIV beach club and had a blast.
Best part of Vegas is getting to live a little on the weekends with such convenience 💃✨

Thank you to my crew who all crewed and paced (I couldn’t have had such smooth transitions and enjoyable miles without you).
Also thank you to the @umstead100 race directors and the volunteers - truly a top notch event. I enjoyed spending my Saturday going for a “run in the park”.
I’m thankful to be healthy and to finish another 100 feeling strong and inspired and hungry for what’s next. I was able to really have a grip on my mind and body this past weekend and stay in an extremely good headspace which made for an excellent day.

Race week is upon us folks. Last longie before I run all day next Saturday 😂💃
I’ve decided this year to keep my schedule a little more quiet this year. First race of the season kicked off with Jackpot 50, and now onto the first 100 of the year (for me). Taking my desert vibes to North Carolina next weekend for the Umstead 100 miler.
This year I’ve been able to focus more on myself and the real reason I started running and racing to begin with and there has been a lot of positive surrounding this. In the interim I’ve been able to focus more on strength, recovery, general health discovery and the other things that bring me joy such as music and dancing.
Aiming high for next weekend and can’t wait to run in a new state. Cheers to 2026 let’s make it the best year yet.
