The finish details inside are starting to take shape on this PV hillside project. The Italian riff cut white oak wood flooring featuring a tile inlay pattern is already making a beautiful statement. The amazing craftsman laying this flooring are meticulously installing each piece to fit perfectly. All of the cabinets are installed and the gorgeous quartzite crystalo countertops are moving into the kitchen.

Progress continues at our Silverleaf project, designed by @drewettworks . The basement dig is moving along, with footings and retaining walls also taking shape. At 26,600 square feet, this home sits on an incredible lot, and the scale of the footings gives a glimpse into just how substantial this build will be.

This Silverleaf custom build is moving right along, with progress underway on the casita and underground exotic car garage.
Designed to take full advantage of its unobstructed views, this 16,000 square foot home will feature a 3,500 square foot custom show car garage. The retaining walls are holding back 34 feet of mountain behind the home and retaining walls below supporting the pad that rises 50' above the street. Making this project an incredible feat from the ground up.

Built and installed by Old World Craftsmen, this handcrafted wood spiral staircase with custom forged ironwork is a true work of art. The level of craftsmanship, detail, and artistry in this piece is something truly special, and seeing it come to life from every angle makes it even more impressive.

The front entrance of our Arcadia project is already making a strong impression. The 12 foot tall doors are over a 100 years old sourced from France. We also love the glimpse of the authentic copper drip edge and gutters, a detail that adds so much richness to the home.

Final touches on this custom Christopher Peacock kitchen, where refined craftsmanship meets timeless luxury. Brass hardware, walnut drawer boxes, and solid oak cabinetry are beautifully paired with microcement plaster, handmade Moroccan tile, and rich architectural details throughout. A curated suite of Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, Douglas fir beams, white rift oak ceilings, and a motorized Euroline pocketing window complete this elevated space, anchored by a marble island with butcher block ends and integral slab sinks.
