our logo comprises the most simple branding, the acronymn “ls” for lowercase strategies. designed to chart a path that is focused on the people rather than a singular leader; on the collective rather than a singular organization. together, the l and the s create a shared path that form embroidered hearts. I have said in many places that social justice work from community organizing to educating to service provision is love-centered work. this brand encapsulates all these ideas into a sleek and multifaceted mark. all my gratitude to @half.design for bringing this idea to life ✨🫶🏾

What is Transformative Justice? Aurelius Francisco @sd_fran_ @foundation4lm explains what TJ really means and why it matters in our communities. 🌱✨ Transformative Justice is rooted in accountability, healing, and reimagining how we respond to harm. Adriana is a true light. She is fearless and free and demanding and powerful. She is still here just in another dimension. She will continue to be with us as long we keep our hearts open to her as an ancestor. Honor Adri by loving your people a little harder and telling them what they mean to you. Honor them by not giving up on that “difficult person” in your coalition when things get hard. Honor them by making space for Black woman voices. Honor them by interrupting violence. Honor them by becoming abolitionist as she is. Honor her memory by being accountable. The truth is not everyone speaking on her passing was kind to her while she was here. Many in our community turned their backs on her when times got hard. Many ignored her requests or took advantage of her time and discarded her when she was no longer useful to them. I hope this is a lesson that time is fleeting and how you treat people is the only currency that matters. I hope you will do better by the next young Black woman who’s loud and outgoing and powerful and doesn’t follow your status quo. I hope you give to people’s needs while they are still here and not only when it’s a GoFundMe after they are gone. Most of all I hope for more time with my people. I hope for life in abundance. I want to see Adriana grow old and able to pass the baton to the next generation. I want to see them healed. As a community we have a responsibility to one another. Don’t take it lightly. Check in on people, help them out with child care, grab a coffee or ice cream, go for a walk. Smile at each other for gods sake. I love you, Adriana. I love us, and I hope to honor you and the work you did and will do through the many who carry your memory with us. Rest in power

✨ Community. Learning. Transformation. ✨ On January 28, 2026, @foundation4lm gathered at @factoryobscura in Oklahoma City for an evening of dialogue and reflection centered on Understanding Transformative Justice. The conversation created space to learn more about the Foundation for Liberating Minds, the purpose behind Infinity Groups, and community-based initiatives like SAFE COMMUNE—programs rooted in accountability, care, and collective response to harm. Panelists and community members explored how transformative justice moves beyond punishment and toward healing, safety, and sustainable change. The Foundation for Liberating Minds (F4LM) works to disrupt the root causes of oppression and marginalization through transformative education. Through trainings, workshops, and community- and school-based programs, FLM continues to build pathways for liberation, connection, and shared responsibility. Thank you to everyone who showed up, listened, asked questions, and contributed to this powerful exchange. This work continues—together. 🤍🦋 #Foundation4LiberatingMinds #TransformativeJustice #SafeCommune #CommunityCare OKCCommunity #FactoryObscura LiberationInPractice
