Introducing “The Leonard Library” 📚 featuring hidden doors that slid open to welcome guests into the reception. ✨ We embraced the romance and mystery of some of the great literary works- with Pride & Prejudice as the front runner for the overall Wedding design.
We kept in theme with sage and purple books on the shelving, and added in some personal accents with family wedding photos, busts, vintage pieces and candles. Guests were invited to find their bookmark with their table assignment- and when cocktail hour ended- the hidden entrance showed them the way into dinner. 🥂 🍽️

Morning at Château de Santeny felt like stepping into a painting.

As light poured through the tall French windows and danced across gilded mirrors and parquet floors, the estate revealed its quiet grandeur. There was a stillness in the air - reverent, refined, timeless. It invited softness. Intention. A slower breath. The kind of setting that doesn’t need to impress because it simply is.

Lush greenery and delicate white florals were layered to complement the château’s architecture rather than compete with it. Silk, crystal, and antique textures worked in harmony with the historic interiors, creating an atmosphere that felt both elevated and effortless. The romance here wasn’t fleeting or whimsical - it was rooted. Enduring. The kind of love that belongs in rooms built to last centuries.

In collaboration with the events and marketing teams at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, we designed within the Poinciana Ballroom with the intention of reinforcing the brand’s timeless coastal aesthetic through thoughtful, layered detail.
As the largest indoor event space on property, the ballroom offers both scale and versatility. Our focus was on honoring its architectural framework while introducing warmth, texture, and cohesion.
The paneled walls and gold sconces create a clean, refined envelope, while the statement chandeliers anchor the ceiling with sculptural presence. We echoed that texture at the table with banana leaf chargers from Savoir Event Rentals, intentionally selected as an exact tonal and textural complement to the chandeliers above. The repetition creates harmony from floor to ceiling and allows the design to feel fully considered.
White florals in elevated urns bring height and movement. Gold flatware and textured glassware introduce quiet contrast. Cane back chairs ground the room in coastal ease. Candlelight softens the atmosphere as the evening unfolds.
The result is a ballroom that feels expansive yet welcoming. Formal yet relaxed. Designed to support grand guest counts while preserving the thoughtful detail and hospitality synonymous with Four Seasons.

The Palm Ballroom offers a more intimate setting for gatherings that are meant to feel personal and unrushed. Well suited for smaller weddings, bridal brunches, and luncheons, the space connects directly to the Palm Lawn, allowing events to move easily between indoors and out.
In collaboration with the events and marketing teams at Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, we styled the room with an emphasis on restraint and balance. The palette remains light, the textures natural, and the tables intentionally unfussy. The result is a space that feels polished without being precious and elevated without feeling overdone.

When your Wedding is Valentine’s Day Weekend- and you embrace those moody romantic vibes. 🖤
Each guest received a custom “menu” box on their place setting with their name written in calligraphy, tied with a ribbon. 🎀
Inside, they would find a long menu card in place of a truffle flavor cheat sheet - and some custom monogram heart shaped chocolates as a sweet treat favor. LOVED this touch! 👏
