THE MUSHROOM SHOW
🍄 Sunday 3rd & Monday 4th May, 1pm 🍄
Meet Augustine Fogwoode - she's on a quest to make sure everyone knows about the brilliance of fungi: their amazing abilities and scientific superpowers. But it’s just her and her pal Goldie. She might just need a few more fun-guys to make it happen.
Join the party at WILD KEEP WEEKEND and discover how fungi grow, connect and help the natural world, including us humans. Packed full of interactive games, playful music and lots of laughs for all the family, The Mushroom Show is one person's mission to build a community… and maybe it’ll become your mission too?
Access included with all Entry Passes.

Thursday 23 April 2026
10.30am- 12.30pm at the Barnfield Theatre
Barnfield Road, EX1 1SN
What's the project?
We are researching women’s experiences in the 1970s around the time of the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act: the law that allowed women to open a bank account without a man’s signature.
We want to explore women’s relationship with money and how it’s relevant today.
What will the event involve?
Our team from Scratchworks Theatre will run a friendly and welcoming session.
We will host a discussion circle where anyone is welcome to share their memories from the 1970s and reflect on how the 1975 Act impacted their lives.
We are aware that talking about finances can be a taboo subject! Part of the project is about overcoming that taboo and encouraging more engagement with financial literacy.
Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.

We are so pleased to announce that we have been awarded a National Lottery Awards for All Grant! We are working with 6 brilliant organisations to bring 'Women & Wildness' workshops to vulnerable and marginalised women's groups.
We are proud to say that our workshops are inclusive to all women and our facilitators have attended a fantastic training day from @genderedintelligence on Trans & Non-Binary Awareness.
Our first workshops took place in Plymouth in partnership with @feministfusion . We moved, we sang, we howled and stamped. We came together with curiosity and stepped into wildness with a playful spirit. Thanks to all those who joined us!
We can't wait to share this experience with more participants this Spring.
