At Cocina y Canción, Tucson City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassador Pablo Valencia will guide a four-course culinary journey inspired by the regions that shaped Mexican cuisine.
Each course represents a different place and tradition—crafted with heritage ingredients and paired with wines from Mexico’s most celebrated regions. Between courses, live mariachi performances bring the stories, culture, and music of Michoacán, Colima, Veracruz, Nayarit, Jalisco, and Sonora to life.
A portion of proceeds will support the nonprofit Tucson City of Gastronomy and the Tucson International Mariachi Conference—helping preserve and celebrate our borderlands’ rich food heritage.
