I’ve never actually brought this up on social media but after thinking it over for a while I decided to make this. I wanted to highlight not only photography but the importance of having things that you enjoy and are passionate about, that you can utilize when times get tough. Normally when kids or people wander into my frame, I wait for them to move or if they seem like they are setting up camp I might nicely ask them to scoot over just a bit. In this case I feel like this little girl brought a sense of scale and humanity that I would not have had otherwise. Happy mistakes. Have a great Monday everyone!

I’ve had my eye on this spot for a while and I drive past it almost every day. I saw the flowers and decided to turn down the little road and I couldn’t believe how epic this bloom had gotten. It’s definitely one spot in La Jolla that has not been shot to death by other photographers.

Over the weekend we celebrated my amazing wife’s birthday @the_nanny_sb . There is nobody else that I would rather navigate this busy life with. She is my number 1 fan and I am her’s. I can truly say that I am looking forward to growing old with her by my side. Thank you for the best almost 9 years of my life babe. I love you! 😘

Here’s a couple #timelapse of one of the most intense storms I’ve witnessed in the Sierra Nevadas. Between the curtains of rain and random lightning bolts dropping down everyone, it’s safe to say that this storm had my full attention. Hoping for more scenes like this soon!🤞🏻
