2025 was a year of growth, new collaborations, and new friends. I've been incredibly inspired by everyone I've had the chance to work with and feel fortunate to be in this industry. Going into 2026 I'm excited to continue growing my craft as I push into commercial and narrative projects. Here's to another great year! Holly Keen Goldes sets out to fulfill their late mother’s final wish: to understand their Chinese Canadian family history. As Holly moves through grief and reconnection, they trace stories shaped by migration, racism, and Canada’s colonial systems of erasure. Music becomes a thread of resilience, strengthening bonds with family across generations and weaving a deeply personal and political search for truth, memory, identity, and healing.

Honored that our @weridetogether.today PSA has been shortlisted at the @shots_creative Awards for Charity/PSA Commercial, and that I have been shortlisted for New Director of the Year.
Seven months in, the film has generated over 73 million organic views and has been translated and shared worldwide. The campaign as a whole has been viewed over 120 million times. The fact remains, this subject matter needs more attention but I am very proud of the team behind a piece that continues to stir the conversation.
Sometimes all it takes is a little caffeine to make everything sound like “yes”.
