Bristol Track Club @bristoltrackclub 5k race on Saturday evening with @life_thru_the_lense_ 🏃
My first ever 5k race at 46 years of age (excluding Parkruns)! 18.18 was not the sub 18 I was aiming for but it is a marker in the sand for our work with Phil @ambition_running_1 💪
On reflection, racing the weekend after @eventsatw Mallory Park duathlon was always going to be tough, but I raced as hard as I could on the night, pulled along by the Elite Women’s wave, Matt who clocked an impressive 17.54 and lightning fast runners from across the country 💨
