The Buzzard MOB assembled today at the Suckley Quarter Marathon (SQM) for our inaugural mob match against the Malvern Joggers. Some friendly and healthy competition based on number of runners and comparative positions of the finishers from each team. Numbers being crunched....

HUGE and MEGA BOTHO to Buzzard Sarah Cuddy for becoming a C E N T U R I O N!!!
Sarah turned 50 last Monday and celebrated this milestone birthday with a running milestone, 100 miles on the Thames Path.
Supported by friends along the way, she absolutely smashed it and rightly earned her buckle.

Our latest TAKE FLIGHT programme launched last night in Priory Park. Led by Club Secretary and Run Leader Sarah F, the 'fledglings' will increase their running over the next six weeks whilst learning about stretching, warm ups, cool downs and recovery. They will then complete a 5k or parkrun in Week 7.
We offer this free programme through @runtogether_ thanks to an initial grant from @englandathletics

First post of today's racing Buzzards is to celebrate @jade.orson smashing the Kernow Vertical Kilometre (KVK) event from @freedom__racing in Cornwall.
25km race over two loops to give an eye watering kilometre of vertical.
Jay set himself a target of 3 30 and pushed himself hard to bring home the Buzzard in 2 56. Absolutely BOTHO!
