Traveling for work usually means substitutions in my program. Not this time! @onnitgymatx coming through with an absolutely stacked facility. Room after room of equipment ranging from basic to niche... One of the most well stocked gyms I've ever seen. So log day got to be log day... Even if I have no clue how much weight I was lifting. Anyone know what a rain-soaked Slater True log weighs in at?!?

Strongman sessions starting up soon on Saturday mornings @bloodsweatbodywork ! Can't wait to build the community with people who want to work hard and help each other get better! Been a minute since I've shared... Had back to back respiratory infections followed by a crushed foot followed by the same foot having a toe broken. Rough few months physically, but absolutely amped to keep progressing. Not the most stable or refined log press, but happy to be moving in the right direction!

Farewell arm wrestling session with the traitor @ryanliveslarge before he abandons us! Texas is getting a great athlete and an even better human. Of course we had to go table time heavy, but couldn't resist some of the bi and tri machine work. Glad he got to see @bloodsweatbodywork before the move and help me break in the table at it's new home!

Current approach to filling gaps and increasing wrist strength: regripped @gripgenie wrist wrench isolated wrist curls from the side worked into multiple sessions a week. Arm wrestling dungeon sesh with @ryanliveslarge was going so well until the cable broke... Wrist wrench isolated wrist curls 63.0 for 4.

When it comes to controlled cupping back pressure, nothing quite hits like the @armassassinstrengthshop cupinator. Ramping back up in weight with reps at 111.3 lb.

Nothing better than squat night with friends @dcamacho85 & @joyalikestolift 380 for a triple, squat strength ramping back up after a short squat hiatus @bloodsweatbodywork
