The School of Service @schoolofservice_ marks its one year anniversary with the graduation of its 6th cohort from the Executive Assistant Mastery course, a workforce development initiative redefining executive assisting. In just one year, six cohorts have been trained to support high performing leaders and complex organisations with precision, discretion and operational intelligence. Built to close a critical gap in Nigeria’s professional training ecosystem, the programme equips participants with skills in AI tools, strategic communication, protocol, productivity and leadership support, positioning them as operational partners, not just assistants. Speaking at the ceremony, Executive Director Gusi Tobby KER @gusitobby emphasised the need to strengthen executive support as a driver of leadership productivity across sectors.
