Itâs my mentors birthday everyone @drlinusokorie
I often say working with you should come with a warning label: âHe will permanently alter your definition of excellence.âđĽš
Working with you fixed my taste permanently, average is now offensive.
Thank you for the exposure, the precision and the kind of leadership that doesnât need noise to be felt. Iâm still learning, still applying and seeing the results.
If I move the way I do today, itâs because I saw a standard up close and refused to unsee it.
I love and celebrate you sir, have a beautiful celebration đđ¤
If youâre a top level executive or leader, delegation is not optional, itâs a core leadership skill.
You cannot do everything and still expect to operate at peak productivity and efficiency. The higher you rise, the more intentional you must become about what only you should handle and what must be entrusted to someone else.
Thatâs where an Executive Assistant comes in.
An exceptional EA doesnât just âhelpâ, they carry weight, create space for you to think, decide and lead at the level required of you.

Just because youâre in the room, on the calls and copied in the emails doesnât mean you carry weight. Access can be given. Influence is earned.
The loudest in the room are rarely the most powerful. Real influence moves quietly, speaks sparingly and is felt long before it is announced.
Please donât confuse visibility with authority. Access is proximity, Influence is power.

Years ago, I walked into a press conference with Papa Ubong King (of blessed memory đď¸) thinking respect meant standing to greet the media.
Cameras were already set, angles already fixed, the room was already in motion and I stood anyway.
When the footage came out, my face wasnât in it, just from my chest downđ, that moment taught me something no one said out loud:
In certain rooms, intention is not enough, awareness is everything.
Cultural intelligence is not just about knowing people, Itâs about knowing context and as an Executive Assistant or high level operator, your job is not to impress the room, itâs to read it accurately.
Observe before you act and understand the unspoken before you try to be seen. In high stakes environments,
you are not judged by what you meant but by what you interpreted correctly.
Not every rule in the room will be announced, some youâre expected to discern.

During the last private coaching session, Coach Ker @gusitobby broke down LEVERAGE:
Saying âIâm not paid enoughâ will never excuse poor performance in executive service because nobody is auditing your salary, theyâre auditing your results.
So understand this: excellence is not slavery.
You donât complain your way into better pay, you perform your way into leverage.
