Courtney is the Director of Events & Experiences at Scheme Events and has been part of the team for seven years. With a background in floral design and venue management, she is the go-to for timelines, logistics, and bringing all the moving pieces together. Known for her energy and attention to detail, Courtney values strong relationships with both clients and vendors. She is a Las Vegas native, a proud mom, loving wife, and a steady force behind the scenes on wedding days.

Calm, quietly efficient, and incredibly hardworking, she keeps every moving piece aligned behind the scenes. She loves weddings because no two are ever the same, and takes pride in being part of something meaningful and unique. A proud mom of two, she values building a strong family with her supportive boyfriend and the work she does.
