ARIA’s Spring Pâtisserie display has taken root.
Our incredibly talented pastry chefs were inspired by the 3,000 year old Rain Tree at Mount Charleston, which has stood the test of time. The tree is crafted from 2,250 pounds of dark chocolate which is adorned with sugar flowers and blown sugar raindrops. Fondant gnomes are displayed throughout the scene alongside a sculpted hummingbird, bringing spring to life here at ARIA.
