Outside and throughout this reimagined 1925 landmark in West Palm Beach.
A complete design-build transformation where the original structure was carefully restored and reworked from within, allowing spaces to open and extend naturally outward.
Beyond the main residence, the pool and guest house take on a life of their own.
Once a garage with quarters above, this structure was reimagined into a two-story cabana-poolside living below, private guest suite above.
A careful balance of preservation and transformation, carried through every detail —anchored by a landscape that defines the property as much as the architecture itself.

Led by @doronsabag and the @sbphomes team, the home was transformed through a complete design-build approach-carefully preserving its Mediterranean character while introducing a lighter, more contemporary rythm.
A considered balance between past and present, shaped by the way the home is lived in today.
