This week has been FULL on!
* A trip to and a nosey round Pontefract on Sunday.
* @fsb_uk networking in Leeds on Tuesday at @whiteclothhall organised by @fsb_westyorkshire
* @ruddisretreat Rockstar launch in Slaithwaite with @crazyauntieann and @inthecolnevalley finance seminar in Milnsbridge, with a bit of sight seeing and dropping in and saying hello in-between on Wednesday.
* Thursday the Culture Collective in Huddersfield in the morning, picked up the screen and set up the stand for Sam Expo at @cedarcourthotel Ainley Top in the afternoon and then over to Dewsbury for Pie night at the @westriding_dewsbury to celebrate St George's Day.
* Then today has been an absolute pleasure and a joy, demoing Work Rest or Play to interested and delighted people, on the screen borrowed from the AMAZING @filedoc_ at the fabulously organised and well attended @samhmarketing Expo.
Tomorrow I'm up early again to go Forest Bathing with @hawk.and.heath and then over to @denroydfarm to see @wearekklass !
Well I did say that I needed to get out more ... and I don't do things by half!
However it's all good and well getting out from behind my desk, but I've now got hundreds of photos and videos to process and do something with, articles to write and thanks to be shown, as well as follow up with all the new contacts made ... PLUS all the usual admin and stuff that I've not been able to do whilst out of the office!
I've also got very busy weeks ahead of me, taking me to the middle of May!
But I'll certainly be looking to find a bit more of a work work balance ... as for life ... well that's another story for a different social media account!

I hope everyone has taken a moment today not only to acknowledge the day, but to reflect on how we can each help create a fairer, more equal society.
As a women-led business, I pledge to keep pushing for greater visibility and opportunity for women.
I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had my mum as a powerful role model. She gave me my foundations and I've since learnt to believe it, you've got to see it. Representation matters.
So today, celebrate those wins — even if not for yourself. Because every achievement helps show someone else what’s possible.

Today I've taken time away from my desk to attend the @adventure.yorkshire Peer Support session at @thecedarcourtgroupyorkshire Ainley Top and then dashed across the M62, to attend the Yorkshire Business Fair at @holidayinn_leedsgarforth
And as expected, I've had some really interesting chats!
Lots of new contacts made and several familiar faces seen (and hugs given) ... And quite a few "you look familiar" conversation starters ...
Now it's time to get back to my desk and connect with everyone on LinkedIn, as well as on here, to keep the conversation going.
