What can I say, it was pure magic.

13/04/25, @cadoganhall , concert sold out and standing ovation. Who crazy is that?
As anticipated some time ago, the idea of playing live “Liberi Fatali” has been so far from my radar that I can’t even classify that as a dream; even less if I think that it happened in a theatre in central London, with an orchestra. Just amazing. Here are some clips from the concert, to share some of the magic with you. Stay tuned.

Few words about the game: as always, love and hate (but mostly love). I found it better than the first on many points of view, even though the feeling was shifted from “melancholic fantasy” to “alchemy/steampunk”.
The game was overall WAY harder (and longer) than the first, but I didn’t find difficulty spikes like the pantheon of gods (which I spent 2 months to finish). The big downside, in my opinion, is that the world is way bigger than necessary and that there are WAAAAYYYY TOO MANY fake walls/hidden areas that make the game only more frustrating rather than harder/interesting.
The music was absolutely spot on as always. I remember walking on “Choral chamber” for the first time, dropping the controller to hear the music and thinking “he (@composerlarkin ) did it again”
Said so, thanks @teamcherry_official , I hope to be able to play the next chapter of the saga sooner or later ✌🏻😎

Yesterday I had to pleasure to conduct the sectional rehearsal of “Woodwinds and Brass” of the @lvgorchestra in the role of “woodwinds section leader”, and I ended up conducting the rehearsal of “Liberi Fatali - Final Fantasy 8” amongst other songs. (Unfortunately you can’t see the rest of the people from this pic).
25 years ago I decided to buy this game spending all my saving (40€ 😄), and the game BLEW MY MIND since the beginning. I watched and rewatched the opening cutscene countless of times and I would have NEVER dreamt of, one day, be in the position I am today.
We always think about the next goal, the best deal, the higher position, and sometimes we forget what was our initial dream. All these words to say that this is a small achievement in today’s eyes, but a huge success for 12 years old Carlo 😄.
Don’t forget where you come from, enjoy your success even if they seem small today, because there was a point in time when they were just impossible 🙌🏻

Hey guys, I just wanted to say that my contents had to take a little break since I am going through a lot of things on my private life (nothing to worry about but all time consuming things) and I will be back soon! 🤩
In the meantime, I wanted to show all or you that I am not a poser and show my PS platinums 💪🏻. Funny enough, the two hardest “platinums” have been achieved on Nintendo switch.

THE POKÉMON SONG IS HEEEEREEEEE!!!
There are A LOT of amazing tunes from these games, but being a “Gen1 boy” (yes, the true Pokémon are only the first 151) I just had to pay homage to the first game that brought me to the franchise, and the first approach I had was this banging tune. Unfortunately I had no space to record the full song with intro due to time limit 😒
Let’s see what was your first starter. I don’t care what you say, when I replay these games the choice is always clear: 🔥 🦎
Ps, fun fact: I have ALL pokemon from n.001 to n.905 (Legend Archeus) sorted in a living dex. Yes, I am THAT nerd.
