Pratyusha (Subbel) Kumar, a robotics and autonomous systems graduate student, is working toward applying his skills in AI and robotics to solve real-world challenges while continuing to grow in the field.
Through @saseasu , he has built meaningful connections, including attending STEMConnect 2025 in Pittsburgh — where workshops, a hackathon and a career fair helped shape both his personal and professional journey.
As he continues his search for an internship, Pratyusha is focused on turning his technical knowledge into impactful solutions.

Loretta Tran, a pharmacology and toxicology student at @asunewcollege and president of @saseasu , is focused on creating a space where students feel supported, confident and empowered to grow as leaders in STEM.
From traveling to national conferences to hosting events and late-night conversations with friends, SASE has become more than an organization, it’s a community.
Outside the classroom, Loretta is applying her skills as an intern at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (@tgenresearch ), where she’s developing algorithms to improve cancer treatment through pharmacogenomics, helping personalize care for patients with leukemia.
Her work reflects the impact of combining STEM, leadership and community.

Timothy Lin, an electrical engineering student at @asuenergy , is focused on expanding @saseasu and creating more opportunities for members to connect, grow and succeed.
His experience attending STEMConnect 2025 helped him strengthen relationships and develop both professionally and personally.
Timothy is currently applying his skills as an intern at @intel , working in process engineering within the lithography group — gaining hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry.
Through leadership and industry experience, he’s building a strong foundation for what’s next.

We have one last EVENT before we wrap things up and hand it off to the future E-Board.
We will be doing a vlog watch party about SASE ASU heading to WRC with fun and weird moments all packed into one video.

We have an awesome event happening THIS SATURDAY that's called SASE Sunset. This is a sequel event that concludes SASE Sunrise, but instead of hiking up A-Mountain, you'll chill and play lawn games with the SASE familia! If you have any lawn games (e.g frisbee, spikeball, volleyball, something for 3-legged race, etc) please bring them!
As a bonus, we will be walking as a group to matcha maiko after the sunset event (the matcha maiko fundraiser runs the entire day if you want to go on your own). Please be sure to show the flyer during transaction so we can reap the benefits of your purchase :)
