Giant flat file extravaganza exhibition. Hundreds of artists’ portfolios- you are the performance as you pull on white gloves and leaf through folder after folder while a salon of works on every wall crowd around to watch.

Sarah Walker builds paintings by filtering in, not out — every layer preserved, every action permitted to remain and cast its line forward into the painting's future. Hard-edged outlines drawn over surfaces that were once liquid — the geometry imposed, the pour preserved beneath it.
The Anomalous Bodies series, 2026, four panels each 12 x 12 inches — organisms that don't exist yet, rendered with the precision of something that has always existed. Concentric rings, spiraling labyrinths, bilateral symmetry, electric yellow outlines burning against teal and blue — each panel a concentrated arena where biological, cosmic, and geometric systems occupy the same space simultaneously. Living Rubble I, 2026, 26 x 27 inches, acrylic on panel — white stone-like forms outlined with dotted precision float over a ground of pooled, layered color that predates them.
