A memorable evening of ideas, memory, literature, and dialogue marked the curtain-raiser for the 13th edition of JLF London at the British Library, hosted by the British Council, India.
From inspiring welcome addresses by Shannon West and H.E.Ms Lindy Cameron to reflections on the extraordinary JLF journey by Sanjoy Roy, Namita Gokhale, and William Dalrymple, the evening celebrated the power of stories to connect cultures and histories.
The thought-provoking session, Between Partition: Remembering and Healing, featuring Navtej Sarna, Kishwar Desai, and Arunava Sinha, brought conversations of memory, identity, and healing to the forefront.
