We’re so excited to announce that we have collaborated with Jongga, Korea's premier kimchi producer, to bring San Ho Won Kimchi to your home! We are introducing two flavors, both made with @jongga_global 's proprietary techniques in smart fermentation, cabbage from their exclusive farms, and 100% Korean ingredients. Our Original Kimchi is seasoned with shrimp and anchovy sauce for a bold and umami-packed flavor. The addition of codium fragile seaweed provides a bright and gourmet touch. Our White Kimchi is a refreshingly crisp, brine-style kimchi. It's naturally sweetened with apples and perfect for sipping. This is also 100% plant-based for our vegan friends. Now available for pick up at San Ho Won and in select H-Marts. More locations coming soon!
