Some experiences, like a Sandbox Summit, are a jumpstart to the soul 🪫 They zap my heart ten times bigger and send love pouring out. Something we could not need more of right now. There is a lot of chaos, fear, and big storms happening in the world. And if we’re not careful, we can get pulled into the muck. Staying stuck. Believing our voice doesn’t matter that much. Thinking we’re more divided than we really are. @badbunnypr said it well last night: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.” Thank you for letting us come in and LOVE so big, @julipi_ For letting us play, dream, learn, and create at your incredible @wakanalake home✨ There is a legacy in @sandbox of big footprints left all over the world by open-hearted innovators, inventors, and creators. So even when the path gets foggy, or I stumble, or decided to add ANOTHER project or experiment, I know I’m in good company and right on time👣 Because I know a few things that remain constant for me by now. I’m committed to being of service to my loved ones, my community, and life at large. To stepping up and stepping in even when it’s tough. To spinning fear into love. To dancing anger into compassion. To choosing curiosity over judgment. To use let my creative muse weave her unexpected magic where she pleases. To elevating others’ agency, liberation, and freedom. And I’m devoted to the beauty of unscripted connection with those unknown to us. To sharing the power it has to teach us to live with more curiosity and less expectation. Growing up I spent over a decade singing, dancing, and telling stories on stages. Then I spent just under a decade putting my inner performer in a dusty shoebox under the bed. in this next decade, she is coming out to play again🎶🤡💃🎭🎨✍🏼 aaaand this time it’s not because of an incessant need for approval, recognition, or deep seeded insecurities. it is because I ENJOY it. the JOY that rips through my body when I channel energy up on a stage, rocks the socks off every single one of my cells. seeing the ripples of connection that spread through an audience before/after mind blowing. My inner storyteller/performance artist/facilitator has also come back to play because I’ve got real things to say. perspectives to share. wild tales to tell. and a deep seeded ethos to create things that bring us back into connection through the serendipitous, the unplanned, and the unexpected. i had absolutely zero plans to sing at this event. but an hour beforehand— I decided to get back on stage singing solo for the first time in easily 8 years. this first shot is from when Paul McCartney goes crazy on the mic in Hey Jude🤪 much to my own surprise, I also started going crazy on the mic, running around, pulling my hair out, dancing around the crowd, spilling my heart out everywhere. next thing you know everyone was on their feet, clapping, singing, shouting back. so unexpected. so inexplicably magical. so alive. beyond grateful to @sandbox for continuing to be a place I play, learn, and grow into who I’m becoming🌱

One of the highlights of my year. Not because of where it was, but because of how it felt. Days that blurred into nights, conversations that stayed with me, and a rare sense of being fully present. I felt so alive! @sandbox reminded me how energising it is to be around curious, open people, and how much joy comes from letting go a little. Estou com um sorriso de orelha a orelha ao relembrar tudo o que vivi nesses últimos dias! Quando lideranças brilhantes se reúnem só pelo prazer de estarem juntas, sem precisar falar nadinha de trabalho, o resultado é uma explosão de alegria, carinho e risadas que aquecem a alma. É incrível como a empatia floresce, a vulnerabilidade ganha espaço e as conexões se tornam tão profundas quanto leves. Pessoas maravilhosas vindas de várias partes do mundo se encontram, pelo menos uma vez ao ano, com um único propósito: relaxar, se cuidar e recarregar as energias. Parece um parque de diversões de gente incrível, e eu saio daqui transbordando a medicina poderosa da leveza e da alegria para trazer comigo pro meu cotidiano. Obrigada @sandbox por esse reencontro tão especial! Depois de 10 anos, voltei com tudo! E você, tem se permitido momentos de diversão, leveza e amor com outras lideranças que também fazem a diferença? 🌟 ______ I have a smile from ear to ear as I recall everything I've experienced over the past few days! When brilliant leaders come together purely for the joy of being together, without having to talk about work at all, the result is an explosion of joy, affection, and laughter that truly warms the soul. It's amazing how empathy blossoms, vulnerability finds space, and connections become both profound and delightfully light. Wonderful people from all around the world gather at least once a year with a single purpose: to unwind, nurture themselves, and recharge. It feels like an amusement park filled with incredible humans. I'm leaving this experience overflowing with the powerful medicine of joy and ease, ready to bring it back into my daily life. Thank you, Sandbox, for such a special reunion! After 10 years, I’m wholeheartedly back! How about you?
