I sent Alan a drum clip that was all improv in one take and sounded cohesive enough to work with. We loved the vibe of it as it was, and he turned it into this banger 🔥

Monster Riff + A little backstory. Good to be back ✌️
I’ve been locked in the last couple months and making some huge progress with the pain that was in my body that I put off for years.
I’ve stripped my whole technique drumming wise and I’m even retracting myself how to walk correctly. It’s been a painful and a longer road than I thought, but very rewarding so far. Got a little more to go.
BUT. @alanrigdon cooked up some incredible parts to this random improv idea that I had put on the stories a while back, and it’s phenomenal. I’ll be sharing the full clip of it soon. Enjoy the little snack of it here 😁
