Color Test 🔬I have a lot of different gels I can place over my lights & I realized I didn't know how all of them looked! Well, now I do - and you do too. I was surprised by the subtlety of some of them. A few you can barely tell are even on there. I used a black background to really isolate the effect on myself but with a white background these would really pop, similar to my collab with @kai_martinez__ . I also used the opportunity to see if I could recreate a live shot I got of @fumesco_bdc back in the day. That's still a work in progress, but I learned a lot in the process.
I have some more new gear to test out + some tools that will make self portraits easier going forward, so you'll be seeing more of me soon.
In the meantime... Who's next??
BTS w/ @bishoplamont1 . Lotta laughs. A lot of guys freeze up when a camera comes out & that's something I'm working to change. It was cool to have Bishop jump right into the playfulness of it all. There can be a real pressure to perform a certain way & while that's valid at times, we're still creating art! And your inner child knows what's best in that sandbox 😉
