It started as a vision and a late night dream 3 years ago. Then came the ideation + conception followed by a late night phone call to Egypt, then to design and execution. Luxurious. Elegant. Regal. Clean. Beautiful. Thoughtful. Intentional. This is STUDIIYO. Working with Internationally recognized boutique design firm @reha_llc for the second time in 3 years, the stars of creation aligned once more. Owner and head designer Reha says of the space: “Excited to reveal our latest completed interior project in the US: STUDIIYO, located in the prestigious neighborhood of @50thandfrance in Edina, Minnesota. An original project with a unique soul and made with a lot of love inspired by the vision of @studiiyo23 for their 3rd branch and our 2nd boutique design for the Brand (1st one was in LA) When all of the stars align in a project we dive into, something truly magical comes to life that is more than just a pretty space. Working hand in hand with the Client and taking cues from the Owner’s Egyptian heritage and deep connection to Tokyo, Japan, the result is something magical, exuding an elegance you have to see and feel to appreciate.” We’d also like to thank @customonemn @customonehomesmn for their amazing hard work, professionalism, efficiency, and unique ability to problem solve for the 1st phase of the project: getting two completely separate spaces ready to function as one. A huge task that the Team made to look easy. Finally we thank our good friends and Family at @thebernardgroup whom we worked with to remodel our 1st location in Minneapolis following the destruction there in 2021. This amazing team of Creatives and Engineers we worked with are second to none. Every single thing we designed became reality. Literally a 100% accurate finished product when compared to the original design renderings. If you know anything about design vs build vs the end result, you’ll know that just doesn’t happen. Simply amazing work by this gifted group of individuals who consistently perform at the absolute pinnacle of greatness every single day. Kinda like MJ in ‘96. Greatness. 📸 @onemohshot
