Football has always been more than a game for @samrap10 . As a kid, it was her alibi. Today, itâs her careerâand her platform for change.
After playing professionally as a quarterback in Canada, Sam created her own path in the @NFL , where she launched the NFL Girlsâ Flag Football Leadership Program, now sanctioned in 17 states.

This Womenâs History Month, weâre looking back on the 10th annual NFL Womenâs Forum held at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis this year. The Forum connects 40 women to opportunities across the league.
Women are now represented in scouting roles on every NFL team and the forum has contributed to a 289% increase of women in football operations and coaching roles over the past five years.
The room was full of the next generation of women leaders in football, and weâre excited to see where the next 10 years take us. Now that you can see it, you can go be it.
