The Wings for Life World Run was electric in Sydney last night — with over 1,000 people running, walking, and rolling to raise money for spinal cord injury research, something that’s incredibly close to my heart. This year, €9.2 million 💶 was raised worldwide, with 100% going directly towards finding a cure. As you can imagine a cure would be life-changing for millions of people around the world. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported such an important cause and ran for those who can’t so hopefully one day we can 🤞❤️ #wingsforlife #wingsforlifeworldrun #spinalcordinjury

For @noah_bloom , creating music has been a fantastic outlet and creative expression. The beautiful sounds from whatever he plays continue to bring happiness and add depth to all our lives. With two tone deaf parents, it’s even more extraordinary that Noah has graduated from the Conservatorium of Music with a degree in composition. 🎶 Thanks to all those who have taught, mentored and played with Noah, it wouldn’t have been the same without you. Love you Snowman ❤️

Two different journeys but a shared understanding of how quickly life can change. Yesterday was an emotional launch of The Klim Foundation — created to support healthcare workers and those living with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) - a rare autoimmune neurological disorder. Michael spoke openly about his diagnosis in 2020 - the loss of mobility, identity and freedom and all the challenges he still faces. Through the love and support of family and friends, he’s now determined to help others. ❤️

10 years ago this month, the boys unpacked the very first advance copies of Penguin Bloom. Looking at them now with moustaches, it’s a reminder of how much time has passed and how far the story has reached. Thank you to our readers across the world, to those that have written to me, our international publishing partners, the bookshops and everyone who has supported spinal cord injury research along the way. It truly means so much to me and to many others. And to BTG — thank you for your belief, patience and vision in bringing our true story to life in a way no one else could 😍 X Sam #penguinbloom #spinalcordinjury

The thought of being able to feel the sand beneath my feet is something that I have not forgotten and still long for. I know what it’s like when your world changes in an instant. And I also know how powerful hope and medical research can be. On 10th May, I’ll be taking part in the Wings for Life World Run — a race where every single dollar goes towards finding a cure for spinal cord injury. Walk, run or roll alongside me and thousands of others around the world for those that can’t. See link in bio to sign up. You have just one month to start training 😊 #WingsForLifeWorldRun #wingsforlife

Surf check in style with @markmonostewart2481 The waves were pretty flat yesterday so the contest went on hold but this afternoon a new south swell will kick in. Surf is looking really good for the finals on Sunday. @adaptivesurfbyronbay

The 2026 Bright Sky Australian Pro Adaptive Surfing Championships is unlike any other tour event. All the athletes are incredibly grateful to have the Byron community and volunteers who continually show up and bring a positive energy to the week of competition. A big shout out to the BrightSky and Forward Ability team here this week. Their support goes far beyond the Australian Adaptive Pro in Byron. As a not for profit, they create pathways into para sport and competition, and are making a genuine difference to those living with a spinal cord injury. 🌊📷 @andrewshield

So great to be back in Byron Bay competing at the Australian Para Surfing Championships today and taking out a narrow win. Even better to have my new caddy @madebyrueben here to help out.

Behind the scenes of a powerful new documentary by Red Bull for @wingsforlife Four people. Four very different stages of their spinal cord injury journey — each with their own challenges, strength and perspective. I’m honoured to be featured and help raise the profile of this fantastic charity donating 100% to spinal cord injury research. Entries are open for the Wings for Life World Run. See the link in my bio ❤️
