mother’s day has felt heavy ever since losing my mom. a day about missing her. grieving her. wishing she was here. and now it gets to hold so much joy. becoming sunny’s mom has made me feel closer to my mom than ever before. & also made me realize how lucky i am to have been loved by such incredible women. my mom, my MIL, my aunt, and so many women around me who have showed me the kind of mom i dream to be.
