For over two months now Israel fires bombs on Gaza daily.. murdering Palestinian civilians, using internationally prohibited weaponry, targeting hospitals, refugee camps, religious buildings, schools etc; seemingly aiming to displace 2.2+ million people in one go, killed ~1%+ of the population..
Over 50% of the people in Gaza are children: all the deaths and displacement is happening majoritivly to children.
Israel military AND settlers are also kidnapping and murdering Palestinians in the West Bank on what little land they have left to call home.
Last week Israel obliterated an 800 year old Mosque in Gaza.
I encourage you ~ do research, sign petitions, attend your local Free Palestine rally, email /&/ call the relevant MP's, boycott all the associated brands & companies ~ do whatever is possible to influence government to take a stand for Palestine
The one humanitarian option is an immediate total ceasefire; essential aid and a lasting peace
It is horrifying to think this mass slaughtering of a peoples has been planned
Regardless of what happened on October 7th ~ there is no cause for Israel's total disregard of human life; this is colonial displacement to the enth degree ~ the Nakba started in 1948 continues today ~ genocide /&/ cultural erasure. SHAME.
How can it be 'war' when one side is occupier, oppressor, 'best military in the world', armed-to-the-teeth 'n then some, funded by and backed by some of the most powerful countries ...
