Had the privilege of being the DP alongside Marc Haas a few months ago on the short film I Need Space, which has just been accepted into the 2025 Architecture and Film Symposium: Of Affect.
We explored tone to highlight the contrast between contemporary and brutalist architecture - through color, lighting, and aspect ratios - while filming at amazing locations like the Akron Art Museum and TRG Multimedia’s new virtual production wall.
The film also features a fantastic score composed by @jojotreho
I Need Space will be screening at Kent State University and the Cleveland Cinematheque from October 23–25.
