Super grateful for both of you 🫶 Excited to hopefully step onto the world stage in South Africa 🙏 Appreciate @isobeldavid_ for filming 😛

Coming up to 3 years of powerlifting and over the last 18 months I have been heavily involved in the powerlifting clubs at the University of Leicester and DMU , taking on the role as a coach for lots of the lifters with a range of abilities. Throughout my time as a coach I have learnt a lot and found a passion in being a part of other people’s journeys. I am now looking to push this further and open up some more spots. Please reach out if this is something you’d be interested in or fill in the link in my bio.

My last BUCs as a university student but from a completely different angle and I loved every bit of it! I remember first taking over the uni club in my 2nd year and we had 2 lifters compete the year before and this year we had 5 podiums which is insane to me! I know everyone from the club that came to support and competed did me and @morgegoody very proud and we couldn’t ask for more from you guys! @rufarolifts 🥇7/9 executed perfectly despite a little panic on bench press! But after the nerves settled won and broke the deadlift record 😝 @kurtalib 🥇 8/9 trusted me with his rehab and was patient with some injuries coming into it and showed out with the total record and the squat record. Now to chase the open total record 👀 @ltownend05 7/9 day still yet to fill out the 74s but a huge step in the right direction & we will break into the 600s soon enough! @danilaivins 7/9 day. Some massive comp PBs after a short turn around just need some more time and next year she will be a massive threat for the podium! @ayonla.gym 8/9 day. 🥈did everything I asked for and came in a lot stronger than a lot of people gave him credit for which really shows when he tries he has so much talent! @subiksha.pl 7/9 day. 🥈 Managed to forget bench commands but squatted 187.5 at about 2 rpes less than 182.5 in march! But again another one that will be one to watch for next year with some time in the sport! @shalom_lifts 9/9 executed perfectly and came in strong despite final year medicine exams & you can really see the potential if he sticks within the sport long enough! @davidi.lifts 4/9 Managed to not enter properly and forget his socks and his belt for his attempts but probably the most fun to handle and with some consistency will be doing some silly numbers in no time! And finally a massive thank you to @elladlifts who I wouldn’t have been able to do this weekend without and dealt with mine and my athletes crash outs all weekend. Ella you are a star ⭐
