This to me is more than just a personal achievement, I’m truly honored to be selected among some of the best creatives out there!
But also I want all of you to know this milestone isn’t just about me. I’ve received so many warm messages from my Tanzanian & Zanzibari people! I know we don’t get many opportunities like these coming our way but I also believe that light shines on all of us! And if we keep true to our craft, true to our art, true to our identity! Then I strongly believe that many more doors will open for us in the future. ❤️

Life on film 🎞️ I love how unpolished film photos are from a cheap point and shoot. It can be a hit and miss sometimes but I’ve been enjoying this process lately. Got my scans back after a while, and It’s like reliving all the memories once again.

This little camera has been a favorite for years, right next to the Olympus mju. I don’t get to use it nearly enough, It’s hard to find film labs on my side of the world. So grateful to @capefilmsupply for these incredible scans, they absolutely nailed it!
