“What Work Is” opens @vulpes.bastille on January 2. Curated by @softstreet_sustainablefashion and @adamspuryear , four dozen participants were given vintage coveralls from a closed GM plant to work with. I can’t make it to the opening, but I will be at @hadleyaclark mending workshop there on January 17.
I’ve always loved workwear. This was a fun challenge to manipulate a piece of clothing for this show. Here’s to learning new things in 2026 🥂
