What’s happening on the night:
✨ Aerial Playground – Try out different apparatuses including chains, hoop, pole strap, silks/hammock.
🎮 Pole Games – We will play a couple of fun games/challenges on the pole throughout the night for anyone who wants to join! Including the ‘Physical100’ inspired ones we did in our last event as well as something that can only be described as ‘Pole freestyle tag’ (You will see on the day!)
🎨 DIY Corner with @Poletician – Give your old heels a new life! Bring a pair and decorate them with charms & accessories. All materials will be provided (charms, glue etc..) just bring your old heels if you want to join. (It can also be a phone case or anything you want to bedazzle!)
📸 Pro Photographer @mikaelasmila will be joining us to get some snaps of y’all & capture the special evening ( she’s the baddie that takes all our Still RYSKY pics!)
🍡 Snacks & Drinks – As always, we’ll have some snacks and drinks for you to pick on throughout the evening.
The night is what you make it!

Come get your Ayeshas with @ranging_poler ✨
Duration: 5 Weeks
Starting on Saturday 14/02/26 (Valentine’s day! 💖)
Every Sat 18:00-19:30
Dreaming of achieving your ayesha? Gaining the strength and coordination in your split grip to unlock options for more advanced sequences? In this 5 week course, we will be introducing strengthening & awareness drills to help us build the time within this demanding position. Covering a variety of exercises to equip you with tools to help you find your top Ayesha position in safe and sustainable ways. We will cover different handspring opportunities we can find ourselves in and build coordination to get us handspringing into our ayesha positions. There will be options for entrances and exits so you can feel safer when orienting your body and holding strength based tricks such as your Ayesha. We will be primarily working towards our true grip & cup grip Ayeshas, as well as introducing handsprings towards the end.
Prerequisites:
Confident inverts on both sides
Confident outside hook
Confident crucifix
Experience of butterflies

✨RYSKY New Year✨
New Year, New Course, New Element
Hoop & Heels with @chiujennay
Saturday 18:45-20:00
5 weeks, starting 31st of Jan
Start 2026 off RIGHT with a choreography course designed to get you dancing in an aerial hoop in 7+ inches! The course is suitable for beginners–early intermediate students, and can be adjusted according to your level and your individual goals.
In Weeks 1–3, we will focus on familiarising ourselves with some core moves and transitions that will be incorporated into the final combination. You will be introduced to basic spins and also how to move with control both on the ground and in the air.
In Week 4, we will start looking at putting everything we learned to a K-Pop song of our choice! Think Taemin - MOVE, ATEEZ - Deja Vu or Stray Kids - Red Lights. 👀 In our final week, we’ll put our best heels and outfits on, run through the choreography together and have an in-depth look at what turns a sequence into a performance.
Pre-requisites: no prior hoop experience is needed, platform heels are strongly encouraged but optional.
