Just a bit late, but will keep this as short and sweet as possible. Last night was probably my last A Swift Farewell task that I will ever have to do; sending out merch orders.
A Swift Farewell has decided to call it a day. Never in my wildest dreams, this journey would lead me to where I am now. I got to tour the east coast numerous times, made lifelong friendships, and build a community.
I was able to express myself, and share my stories. Some resonated more than others, but regardless I was able to build connections through this.
There are a lot of people I want to say thanks to, and probably too many to list. Keeping this short, thank you to everyone we worked with on this project, whether that's producers, booking agents, photographers, videographers, coaches and PR. Of course thank you to the fans, without you guys we couldn't do what we wanted to do, which was to play music, and share our stories.
I want to give a huge thank you to
@aswiftsarah for giving me the opportunity to be a frontman, and
@gorgonzola.t.macaw for just doing slightly better than a laptop and overall these two being my best friends.
Although it is sad that it has ended, I am forever grateful for everything that has came from this. This isn't the end for me as a creative, but just a minor break.
TLDR: Bands called it and I'm grateful π€
