Now, three months on from being conferred Singapore’s 62nd Certified B Corporation, we’ve been taking stock of what this really means. Beyond a mere recognition, a responsibility and a sharpening of purpose, mission, experience, capability and intent.
At our core, and since our humble beginnings, OE has always been about people - and about doing something different, differently, because you cannot automate community, and you can never expect different results from adopting the same solutions.

Crossing paths with younger creatives has always been a joy for us 🥰🎨🖌
Over the past few years of supporting the initiatives of budding designers, we realised that showing up for our younger generation is just the start to understanding how we can progress together, as one industry.
There’s no need to distance ourselves from the youth just because we think we know better. Sometimes, it’s all about perspective, and their perspectives matter.
Here’s a thank you note to all young creatives out there, keep growing! We’re here for you 📝🌱🌿🌞

A small sharing from my first day back in school.
As I step into my second year as an adjunct lecturer and design educator, I keep coming back to this idea. Progress begins the moment we choose curiosity over comfort.
Us at eight. Still on our way to forever.
Learning to slow down enough to notice the sights, the sounds, the small in-between moments. I pray and hope for more time, more moments, to keep investing into one another. Our long-awaited break in Perth, our first real pause in years, reminded us how much it matters to be present as a family, to love, to explore, experience and to build each other up.
Grateful to be walking this journey side by side, pointing one another back to Christ as our rock, our refuge and redeemer steady through every season.

Went for brief swim earlier - you were the one who taught me to swim in the first place. Every lap I did (still not as many has you’d do tho!) was in your honour Also… what are the odds - right after church, there was a Sarawak fair happening at Suntec, with a strong representation of food and crafts from Kuching. Felt like a little nod from you.
Proud as ever to celebrate your life, the life you gave us, and the rich roots we carry because of you. Went love you to the mood and back 🖤
