‘You Are Here’ has its world premiere @hollyshorts tomorrow.
In 2024, from script to teaser to short, this film came to life over just three weekends across more than 10 locations and through the generosity of 259 amazing contributors who supported our crowdfunding campaign. Great amounts of sweat and tears went into this and I could not have done it without our incredible cast and crew, their enormous talents, and the unwavering support of friends and family.
I am still wrapping my head around the fact that I have produced and edited my first short film. I owe so much to my best friends @mickeytropes , @spangerlookrey . Thank you for trusting me and letting me learn SO many valuable lessons. Of course a huge shout out to @claudzs , who is always there for me with endless love and advice.
Filmmaking is HARD. I feel so honored and humble to be apart of this festival. It is very easy to talk about making a film and so much harder to actually do it. Here is to more doing and to many more films ahead.

Happy two year anniversary 🤍 still feels like yesterday. Our first dance song still makes me cry. I get more excited about the future we will share together everyday. Love you:)
