It was such a cool experience having train drop you off in the middle of the woods, right at the trailhead.

My favorite film photos from 2025 📷 🎞️
While I’ve been passionate about photography for 20+ years, this year in particular I felt really motivated to get out and shoot. I rediscovered film photography and completely fell in love with it.
Sometimes I get asked, why film? Honestly, I still haven’t come up with a good answer. Maybe it’s the colors, the tactile experience, running in the opposite direction of AI, or the way it makes me think and shoot more intentionally. Whatever it is, I like it.
