As I sit here recording this morning, I can't stop thinking of everyone in the Ukraine. Please be kind to others today. Love on someone. Reach out to someone. Hug someone. Put good energy and kindness into the universe today. Releasing music into the world is very sacred to me. It captures a time and space that we can never actually return to, but luckily we can go back and listen over and over to what that moment in time felt and sounded like.
