Classes will run in 4 week sessions: Tuesday Feb 17, 15, March 3 & 10th from 6pm-7:30pm
Class is all levels. Will go over basics to more advanced moves from cartwheels to back hand springs depending on the desires of the group. Each class includes stretching & flexibility for a rounded ground class.
