Іноді люди дивляться на артиста цирку й думають:
«Яке легке життя. Вийшов на сцену, виступив, вклонився».
Але вони не бачать,
що за цією легкістю
стоять сотні годин болю, страху та повторень.
Не бачать,
як ти падаєш.
Як злишся на себе.
Як тіло тремтить від втоми.
Як знову підіймаєшся після невдачі
і йдеш робити ще одну спробу.
Сцена — це лише вершина айсберга.
Найкрасивіша його частина.
Справжній цирк починається задовго до світла софітів.
У порожній залі.
У тиші тренувань.
У моментах,
коли ніхто не аплодує.
І, мабуть,
саме тому артисти так цінують свої хвилини на сцені.
Бо знають,
скільки життя в них вкладено.
Кожен рух,
який сьогодні виглядає легким,
колись був падінням.

What do you think about this?
Sometimes people look at a circus artist and think:
“What an easy life. You go on stage, perform, take a bow.”
But they don’t see
that behind this ease
there were hundreds of hours of pain, fear, and repetition.
They don’t see
how you fall.
How you get frustrated with yourself.
How your body shakes from exhaustion.
How you get back up after failure
and go for one more attempt.
The stage is only the tip of the iceberg.
The most beautiful part of it.
The real circus begins long before the spotlight.
In an empty hall.
In the silence of training.
In the moments
when nobody applauds.
And maybe
that’s exactly why artists value their minutes on stage so much.
Because they know
how much life was put into them.
Every movement
that looks effortless today
was once a fall.
