To our amazing New Levels Coaching community 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏾♂️
It’s with a mix of emotions and excitement that we share some news with you today. Since we started New Levels Coaching in 2018, the business has grown from an idea in our living room into something truly special.
Together, we’ve built a community where runners of all levels receive the coaching, inspiration, and support they truly deserve. We’ve led workshops, camps and retreats across the UK and Europe, grown as coaches and as people, shared unforgettable experiences and created some pretty special memories together. We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved with you.
Now it’s time for a new chapter!
As of tomorrow, New Levels Coaching will look a little different. While one chapter closes, another incredibly exciting one begins and we can’t wait to share it with you!
There’s been a huge amount of work behind the scenes, and we’re so grateful for the support of our coaches, athletes and team throughout this journey. We couldn’t do this without you 💙
Rest assured, our same passion, care, and expertise will continue as we serve our community with the best coaching, support, and experiences — ones we as runners and coaches fully believe in.
For now… watch this space. Exciting things are coming tomorrow! 🚀

A huge congrats to RunThrough Coach, Lucy Jones on being selected to represent @teamgb at the European 10,000m Cup - we couldn’t be prouder.
We loved Lucy’s advice for all runners about how coaching can help and what a difference it has made to her running.

A-Skips done right 👌🏃♂️
Think tall and reactive throughout the drill. Stay lifted through the hips with strong posture, don’t sit back or collapse as you move. Every ground contact should be firm & crisp, directly under your body, landing through the mid-foot rather than reaching out in front.
The goal isn’t to bounce high, it’s to be reactive off the ground ️⚡️
Keep your eyes looking forward, chest proud and let the rhythm stay smooth and controlled. If you hear heavy slapping feet or see too much leaning back, reset and focus on posture and quick, firm contacts.
Key cues: • Stay tall at the hips • Mid-foot, crisp ground contact • Be reactive off the floor • Quick rhythm, don’t over-stride • Eyes forward, posture strong
And don’t forget – opposite arm, opposite leg 😆 balance and coordination is key!
More than just trail miles at our Trail Running Workshop 🔥
