During the @nndamtotdamloop , we partnered with @On to turn their cheerzone into something bigger; a Silent Disco Cheer Zone that connected runners and supporters through sound.
The right music doesn’t just move your body, it connects you with yourself, and with everyone running beside you.
This was our launch activation for RUNNERS HIGH.

Over the past year, we’ve been building something quietly in the background. Some may have noticed us running and posting running related content on our personal IG’s. That was for a reason, as we’ve been working on building @RUNNERSHIGHapp .
When we started running, we struggled with focus and rhythm. Running without music made it worse, but when listening to music it either got us completely in the right zone or it increased the struggle. It all depended on the music, but finding the right music was a struggle on top.
So we thought: what if music could be built for running itself? Music that gets you in the right zone and keeps you there? Music that is actually made for a long run?
So we’ve run surveys, developed a music formula, tested it with runners, and with our own team of producers, we’ve created something that didn’t exist before. The first music app for running.
Music that is enjoyable, functional and engineered for endurance.
It’s built around the same values we’ve always cared about with @LUCENTEMENT : craftsmanship, community, and authenticity.
On September 15, it finally goes live on iOS. Even if you’re not a runner, we are sure that you will like our music. We hope you join this journey with us.

maybe running is on your resolution list and you’re not sure where to start.
i know the feeling, because i’d been wanting to get into running for a while, but every playlist i tried somehow worked against me.
last autumn i started easing into running more intentionally using the @runnershighapp music app.
it began in amsterdam, then continued in menorca, valencia, and later bratislava. different places, different streets, but the same idea which was letting the beat guide my movement.
i just love how with every run the effort felt lighter and time started to pass without me noticing. can’t wait to see how far i can take it :) to be continued..
After 4 weeks together, we reached RACE DAY for the BEAT your PR 4-week trajectory with @apateclub . A small group of dedicated runners turned into a real team, each week building toward something none of us expected.
Week 1 – @primemoversnl We visited the Prime Movers to learn how posture, hip drive and foot placement shape your entire stride. How elite mechanics translate into simple exercises that change how you move.
Week 2 – drills and elite plyometrics We trained with @bramvdjagt , applying elite level drills and plyometrics to understand how top athletes create speed, power and efficiency.
Week 3 – cadence training and smart music We explained how to measure cadence, why it matters for running efficiency, and how music can influence it. We compared runs with and without our smart cadence based tracks, and the difference was eye-opening!
Week 4 – race day The final BEAT your PR 5K session. The moment everything came together.
And the results speak for themselves - EVERY SINGLE RUNNER BROKE THEIR OLD PR.
Multiple SUB 20s were hit like it was nothing. This is the proof of what we dedicate ourselves to:

Our first #BEATYOURPR session with @proudstrides.runclub was unreal!
This was a 5km race through Amsterdam Vondelpark with 3 pace groups sub 20, sub 22, and sub 25 all locked into our cadence-based smart music.
Almost everyone walked away with a new PR. That is exactly what this concept is built for - helping you push just over the edge and set a new standard for yourself.

What a day! @runnershighapp teamed up with us for a morning that hit a whole different rhythm!
What started as a simple idea turned into a crew running faster to the beat, moving in perfect cadence with the headsets and turning the whole 5K into one flowing soundtrack.
