Yikes, can't believe it's May already. Way past time for me to crawl out of my cocoon and play some music I reckon... I'm glad you agree! Well, as luck would have it, I'm playing at @d2dfest in Bristol again this year, Saturday 23rd May on the outdoor stage at @mrwolfsbristol .
We'll be playing the hits from 6.30pm and probably clashing with someone much better, but please come and say hi if you can! You don't need a D2D ticket for this stage so swing by as a casual punter if you like.

Hi friends. My album 'Departure Fever' has been out for over a year already which I really can't believe. Whilst Spotify sucks it remains the best way for me to see stats, and I'm more grateful than ever to see how many of you have listened to my music throughout this year. If any of you want to show your support further then I'd be super grateful if you picked up a record or a tee from my Bandcamp to help keep this self-funded passion project going ♥️
It's been a challenging year and I feel sad to have been so quiet on the music front, but it's nice to feel I wasn't forgotten about and people were still listening and enjoying my music. I've been slowly working on new stuff which has been exciting, and I have enough material for a new album. Just need to figure out how and when I can make that happen lol. But for now, I have a few fun things I will share in the new year when I get chance.

Me and my pal Chris had the best time playing at @louisiana.bristol the other weekend supporting @lewismclaughlinmusic along with @graceemorton . Both very lovely people and excellent musicians. I've barely made any music for months and I've been pretty sad about it tbh, so it was very special to get back on stage and be reminded why I love playing/watching music, meeting new musicians, and being around lovely people at gigs. It was also super fun getting up to play a couple tunes with Lewis and Grace to round off the evening.
Fun fact(s): Me and Chris (Dr. Chill) have been best buds since 2003 when we met in secondary school, and we formed our first band together shortly after. We've played in so many bands together since then (maybe 7?) and it's great to still be doing it all these years later. This show was the first time we've ever played a gig just the two of us so it was extra special, and also fun to experiment with a different setup.
Thanks to anyone who came down, you were a lovely audience. Hope to do a lot more of this in the new year. Xx

Such a treat to watch 'World Over' at @everymancinema this week (twice) and see myself on the big screen. So lovely to watch alongside my fellow band and crew members, as well as lots of other friendly faces, and reflect on some amazing experiences we've had together in the @novoamor world.
Ed / @lowswimmer makes a lot of good observations in the film, touring (like most jobs) is hard and you don't often see the dull and tedious parts of it. It's good to be transparent about these things. As much as I've found touring very challenging, it's given me the most incredible experiences of my life and I'm forever grateful for everything I've been able to do over the past few years.
A massive thank you to Ed, and everyone else who worked on the film, for beautifully capturing and documenting this experience for us all. ♥️

Next gig - supporting the wonderful @lewismclaughlinmusic at @louisiana.bristol on Sunday 5th of October. This will be a quieter two piece setup and I'm trying out some backing track stuff which should be fun. Tickets in bio.
Next week - @lowswimmer made a documentary about his last tours with the @novoamor live band and it's showing at @everymancinema all next week. Go watch it if you want to see the *crazy* stuff I get up to when not on stage (mostly reading and swimming).

Hello - I've been quiet on here lately while life has been busy life-ing. Lurking a bit but mainly just taking some much-needed time off from the Zuckerverse™. But I'm just stopping by to mention a couple of things:
1. Next Saturday 24th May, me and the band make our festival debut at @d2dfest in Bristol, playing the @mrwolfsbristol outdoor stage at 4.30pm. You don't need a ticket, just slap on some suncream then come watch us play the hits (it will be exactly one year to the day since I released my first single 'I Wanna Be Late', so that's fun)
2. The sun is shining and I'm having a wee spring merch sale - vinyl for £15 and lovely tee's for only £10 (down to last couple of Large and XL). Grab yourself a bargain and help out yer ol' buddy Dave why dontcha? Head to my Bandcamp (link up top) or grab from me at the D2D show

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone for making last Thursday at @exchangebristol such a special and enjoyable night. Me and the band had an absolute blast. Definitely the most fun / cramped / sweaty show we've played yet. So grateful that so many of you turned out, and also such a treat to watch incredible sets by our friends @emilysarahisherwood and @twodaycoma . What a way to finish our little run of album release shows 👏
It's been a real busy time these past four months since the album came out and various personal circumstances have made it difficult for us to organise these shows as a band. But we managed to play shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, plus three in Bristol and I couldn't have done it without the most kind, positive, and talented pals @themuncle@twinfindesignco@malcolmjblack@rowanbishop@elliejamesmusic and Dr.Chill supporting me. It's been the best thing to hang out with my friends, play shows with lots of great bands, and see lots of friendly faces along the way both old and new. ❤️
We will now be taking a well-deserved (and much needed by me) break for a couple of months and be back with more shows during the warmer months, so see you then!
